Shipping and Return Policy
- All in stock orders are shipped within 24 hours. All orders placed on the weekend, or after business hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, EST) are shipped the next business day.
- If a product is not in stock, and will not be in stock within 48 hours, you will be notified by email when the product will be in stock and shipped to you.
- Each customer has the right to choose which shipping method you would like. We offer United States Postal Service which the average delivery time in the Continental USA is 2-3 business days; we also offer Fedex and UPS: ground, home, 2nd day and next day air. The average time for delivery is between 2-5 business days in the Continental USA.
- All International customers will also have the choice of USPS Priority Mail International and Express Mail International, UPS Worldwide Express, and Fedex International Priority.
- All of our customers will receive an email from whichever shipping service you choose with your tracking number so you can track your shipment.
- We ship to all APO, FPO, Alaska and Hawaii. All orders are shipped USPS service unless otherwise requested.
- International orders may be subject to import duties. Once the product has left our warehouse and has reached your country, we have no control over what customs will do. We ask you to please check in advance of placing your order with the proper sources at your customs/imports office to make sure the product you want can be shipped to your country.
- PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS at checkout or when you receive your confirmation email. We are not responsible for orders being shipped to an incorrect address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address and you would like us to ship it to you again, YOU WILL be responsible for paying the shipping cost again.
ALL ORDERS OVER $100.00 WILL HAVE FREE USPS SHIPPING (THIS APPLIES ONLY TO THE CONTINENTAL USA)
- Our goal is complete customer satisfaction, however we realize there will be some instances where you will not be happy with a product.
- We will accept UNOPENED product or bottles only. If you have opened your product, we will not be able to accept it.
- You must call in advance of returning your shipment and speak with one of our customer service representatives to let us know you are returning the product. Please call our toll free number 1-877-878-7111 or our local number 757-877-1010.
- We will refund the cost of the Unopened product only. WE WILL NOT refund any shipping cost.
- The customer must ship the product back to us at their own expense.
- Customers may be subject to a 20% restocking fee
- Credit will be given to the customer within 1 week after we receive the product.
- Credit will be given back to your credit card in which thre original charge was made from. If you paid by check or money order, you will receive a check from Vegetarian Warehouse.
